Ideally located near the center, this old house divided into three apartments in their own juice hid its potential well. But it had major advantages: its very bright exposure, its south-facing courtyard, the charm of the stone hidden under the plaster, its surface of 170 m2 and its cellar of 110 m2 with access to the street.
