In this beautiful art deco building with elevator and caretaker, we found this studio on the 5th floor with beautiful volumes and a clear view. Our client was seduced by the quality of this property, close to the St Ambroise and Square Gardette, and he forgot his preference for two rooms rather than studios. By opening up the entrance and the kitchen, we gave him the boost he needed.
