Rue de Grenelle

For this project we felt the strong potential of this small attic apartment with a very nice view. We knew that it could trigger a crush and that we could rent it on the high range (see very high) and obtain high profitability (7.3%!). For a reduced work budget, we chose to redo the ceiling to reveal the beams, and repainted the tomettes in poor condition but which we wanted to keep. The general layout has been kept and the bathroom simply customized.
