The request was to find a small studio at a “reasonable” price in a district where they seem to know no limit (where they often fly away)… This one posted a price per m² lower than 11,000 € while they were already negotiating around 13-14,000 € in this district at the time. My client's bank had been convinced by the two previous projects (rue Malar and rue de Grenelle), it was ready to follow it up again on a coherent project.
