For this research, we had classic specifications, but with a slightly tighter budget.
And we found it! Nestled in the lower part of Ménilmontant, on the fourth floor of a very friendly building from the 1950s with neat architecture.
The stairwell is just amazing! Ideal plan for this 24m2 studio, since it is a rectangle without load-bearing wall, and ultra bright with this large double window. In barely two months of work,
we brought out the loft and industrial spirit, while keeping the mosaic tiling in the kitchen, so typical of this period.
We have opted for a sober decoration so that the tenants can really personalize it.
